3.3 Parallelization of optimization algorithm

Considerable progress in the enhancement of distributed computer system(taking advantage of multiple nodes such as clusters and servers) has made it possible tosolve high-dimensional computational processes (Beare and Stevens，1997).however，the cost of equipment (clusters)，maintenance and the energy expenditure canbe additional barriers for users to afford，especially for small labs.Comparatively low-price personal computers recently，also enjoys fast development in computationalefficiency speeding-up.Thus，it brings the advantage to carry out simple parallelization on PC using parallel tools.For instance，the Quad-core PC that emergedseveral years ago is an ideal approach.Many cases of parallel computing are realizedby using the various software，toolboxes or libraries such as ......     （共9489字）    [阅读本文]>>
