5.1 Study area

Hanjiang River is one of the largest tributary of Yangtze River (latitude：30°10′N-34°20′N，longitude： 106°15′E-114°20′E).Passing through theprovinces of Shanxi，Sichuan，He’nan and Hubei，Hanjiang River merges into Yangtze River at Wuhan city.The length of Hanjiang River exceeds 1570kmand upstream Hanjiang River covers a sub-watershed over 100000 km2.Alongthe river，Danjiangkou reservoir is located at the outlet of upstream HanjiangRiver.As is illustrated in Figure 5-1，the upstream Hanjiang River can be delineated into 12 catchments according to the topography and there are 12hydrological stations.Topographical resolution of the study area is 1km×1km.The statistical information of the 12 catchments is listed in Table 5-1.Itis indicated that the catchment area in ......     （共2340字）    [阅读本文]>>
