6.4 Meteorological and hydrological data

UYR is sub-delineated into 52 geo-hydrological catchments.Topologicalrelationship is illustrated in Figure 6-3 (a).Meteorological data is collectedfrom 15 weather stations [Figure 6-3 (b)] in UYR including daily precipitation，air temperature，humidity，wind speed and sunshine provided by CMA(China Meteorological Administration).Precipitation and meteorological datais spatially interpolated by using inverse distance method，IDM from year 1960to 2000.Measured discharges of 51 hydrological stations [Figure 6-3 (c)]are collected from China’s Ministry of Water Resources.
